Resumo
The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between academic achievement and the students' involvement and the working approach used to do homework. The sample is 180 students of primary education. The results indicate that higher achievement levels are associated with a higher amount homework done, a better use of time and a use of a deep er approach to do homework. According advancing course, students spend more time, but the time management is worse and they adopt a more superficial approach to homework too
