Abstract
This study aims to offer an approach to territory administration changes by analyzing a local territory evolution in conection with monarchy politics and evolution. By the late Middle Ages some Santiago de Compostela´s archbishops used to give their jurisdictional domains as feudal grants to relatives and knights, according to a new seigneurial state managament but the most part of these feudal grants documents are unknown nowadays. Familiar bounds played a great rol in most of this concesions getting the archbishops realm to a very hard situation by the 15th century. The noble apetites of his feudatories put Rodrigo de Luna archbishop in a very difficult situation when they deal with Santiago and other councils of his domain block archibishop entrance. So the most part of his seigneury came under the most important noble houses control -Moscosos, Enríquez, Ulloas y Montaos-. Only other big knights could help him Lemos and Benevente´s earls. Benavente´s help diserve the feudal grant gift of Aguiar. The possesion taking document preserved in the Osuna´s Ducal Archive contains inside a copy of the feudal contract and the power of the count. One of the few conserved. The document transcribed here contribute with new and important information about this episode of Galicia´s Kingdom history which envolved the most important kingdom lords and some councils.
