Procedimiento para la integración de dos procesos en un hotel cubano

For the Cuban economy, tourism represents a strategic sector; for this reason, it has approved a set of measures for its incentive, among which the repair of rooms and hotel facilities through investments, which guarantees an increase in the satisfaction of visitors to the island. In this sense, it has been found that one of the deficiencies that affect this well-being lies in the lack of integration between the Housekeeper (room cleaning) and Technical Services processes. Therefore, the objective of this work is to design a procedure for the integration of both processes in a Cuban hotel. The chosen model is based on the Modal Analysis of Failures and Effects (MAFE), which takes into account risk management, its effects and its causes; to determine the severity, occurrence and detection indices. Thus, calculate the risk priority number and, with this value, establish an order in the management of its risks. The application established an order to the causes of one of its failure modes (risks), according to the priority number of risk and severity.
