Resumo
En las últimas décadas se ha evidenciado la necesidad las capacidades personales para lograr desarrollar un trabajo como gestor. Sin embargo, las metodologías tradicionales centran su el objetivo en la formación exclusiva de conceptos teóricos y prácticos. Como consecuencia, existe un vacío entre los requerimientos formativos que demandan las empresas y la oferta de los centros educativos. Esta investigación analiza el teatro como herramienta formativa para la capacitación de conceptos teórico-prácticos y habilidades personales. El teatro, como metodología educativa de corte experimental, eleva el papel del estudiante de un rol pasivo, adquiriendo un papel protagonista. Mediante una investigación cualitativa, esta investigación estudia las ventajas e inconvenientes del uso del teatro en la educación en gestión de negocios desde la perspectiva de género y responsabilidad social. Como resultado de la investigación, se manifiesta el papel del teatro en la formación de líderes responsables y con habilidades personales que favorecen la no discriminación y potenciación de la mujer en el entorno de dirección empresarial.
