- Introduction This thesis is part of studies related to knowledge management. Particularly in the capture and transfer of intellectual capital, a key element within the knowledge management process. The main objective of this research is to generate a procedure that allows to capture, represent and transfer TPACK knowledge between higher education teachers. - Research content This purpose involves the search for methodologies for the acquisition and representation of expert knowledge, as well as the analysis of management and transfer systems, and the implementation of new teaching methodologies of teaching-learning processes, from the perspective of collaborative generation of knowledge. Due to the large difference between the expert knowledge of an experienced teacher and the previous training that novice university teachers receive, some changes in the current training of these in-experience teachers are necessary. However, it is intended to capture implicit knowledge, which is acquired and recovered by the person who obtains it completely unconsciously. Therefore, being a knowledge that is implicit, but which cannot be expressed in words, it becomes so difficult to consciously recover from it. And it is not only difficult to capture this knowledge, but also its subsequent representation. Specifically, it is intended to capture the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) knowledge of teachers, for further peer transfer. The methodology used is based on the design and development paradigm, with the aim of offering an alternative solution for teacher training in the use of ICT in teaching. It is carried out by presenting 4 case studies, with the implementation of improvements, constantly, in the process. It is research with implications on practice, whose emphasis is on problem solving and knowledge building aimed at the design, development and evaluation of the educational process. - Conclusion As a result, a model of capturing, representing and transferring TPACK knowledge between university professors is presented, through the use of conceptual maps, in order to improve the training and transfer of knowledge between peers.
