Abstract
Our research's main objective was to test the influence that a physical activity program can have on some fitness aspects in adults (monopodal static equilibrium without vision, strength, abdominal strength, anterior trunk flexibility, explosive strength lower body). Methodology: The sample consists of seventeen subjects (n = 17) from the adult population. The program was about covering a walk through the Primitive Way of Saint James, which a total of 74 kilometres during four days. The instruments used for the variables studied evaluation were the AFISAL-INEFC battery, the Readiness Questionnaire physical activity (C-AAF) and a demographic and health questionnaire, ad hoc. Results: The obtained results show up that a program like this does not get significant contributions as regards as the physical condition aspects studied, even if they improve some aspects (the balance on the left leg and abdominal strength). Conclusions: We should execute a work program whose duration and sample were increased with the intention of improving fitness in the studied parameters and increasing the results significance.
