Una experiencia de aprendizaje colaborativo en el aula de francés

Resumo

The present research describes a pilot teaching experience carried out at the University of Santiago de Compostela, in the Degree of Modern Languages and Literatures, during the academic year 2013-2014. As an innovative teaching approach, we introduced the so-called cooperative learning method (CL) in order to improve the teaching/learning process in the field of French grammar. The surveyed sample shows that most of the students display a greater capacity of synthesis, and improve significantly the comprehension of programmed contents as well as they develop a stronger collaborative attitude. In general, they are satisfied with the experience, which they consider innovative, both for its originality (it means a departure from more traditional learning models) and its effectiveness as a foreign language learning resource.
