Resumo
The Bill 15/2015 designs a new system of execution of Constitutional Spanish Court’s sentences in which the Government becomes an important protagonist. A new regulation that has suffered a lot of juridical and doctrinal critiques in terms of political opportunity, of parliamentary process, of abuse of competences, of politicization or also of unnecessary juridical measure. In this article we analyze the interpretation of these questions realized by Judgement of Spanish Constitutional Court n. 185/2016 and n. 215/2016.
