Abstract
This paper aims at giving a general overview of the main developments of the Bill of social services of Andalusia, taking into account not only the discussions conducted in the drafting process but also the Law 27/2013 of 27 December, on rationalization and sustainability of local government as well as the entry into force of the fourth generation of EU Directives on public procurement.
